At LisenseKeys.com, we take pride in providing genuine software license keys at competitive prices. Since our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, our return and refund policy is as follows:


🎯 Eligibility for Returns & Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only in the following cases:

  • Invalid or Non-Working License Key: If the license key you receive is not working and we are unable to replace it within a reasonable time (usually 24 hours).
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Product Not Delivered: If the license key was not delivered within 24 hours and our support team confirms a delivery failure.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You no longer need the product or changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product is not compatible with your system, and this compatibility was not checked before purchase.
  • You provided an incorrect email address and did not receive the product.
  • You violated the license terms or attempted unauthorized use of the key.

🔄 Replacement & Exchange Policy

If you receive a non-working or invalid license key, we will first attempt to verify and replace the key within 24 hours of your complaint. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer an exchange or, if necessary, a refund.

Exchanges are offered at the sole discretion of LisenseKeys. They are typically granted only in exceptional circumstances, such as when a replacement cannot be provided.

Eligibility for Replacement & Exchange:
  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be defective, invalid, or duplicate, and replacement cannot be provided.
  • We do not accept replacements or exchanges for products incompatible with your system or if you have changed your mind after purchase.
How to Request a Replacement or Exchange:

  • Your Order ID
  • The email address used during purchase
  • A screenshot or clear description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours to process the replacement or exchange.

At Our Discretion:

Both replacement and exchange requests are provided at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee an exchange in all cases, and approval is contingent on the nature of the issue.
