Delivery of digital products:
All our digital software licenses are shipped manually to your registered email on same day after you complete the payment and that’s the reason it’s important that you provide a correct email ID while placing an order.
Shipping of physical products:
All orders received will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days and will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 to 15 business days. If incase the item you order is not in stock at that moment, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after you order, confirming the estimated ship date, Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date, courier name, tracking number and the shipping method.
For higher value orders we hold the right to make additional security checks, for which we may contact you via email or phone in order to verify your order.
We ship through reputed couriers and provide you with the shipping information on the same day of shipment. Packing is done in a foolproof manner with all-weatherproof materials and is insured against lost, stolen, or damage.
In rare case, due to unavoidable circumstances, there might be a slight delay in order shipment, we keep the buyers informed. LisenseKeys is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within our committed TAT.

We plan to deliver within 7 to 15 days depending on the delivery location. You may track your order through the tracking number by visiting the courier website that we have provided you.
