  • All software license keys are delivered via email to the email address you provide during checkout.
  • Delivery is free. There are no additional shipping charges.
  • Delivery is done manually, and you will usually receive your product on the same day of payment—typically within 30 minutes to 12 hours.
  • Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to avoid delays.

  • In some cases, such as high-value orders or suspected fraud, we may carry out additional verification via email or phone. This is done to protect both our customers and our business.
  • If you have not received your license key within 12 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to our support team.
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses submitted by the customer.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is processed.
  • You will receive a separate email containing:
    • Your license key(s)
    • A download link (if applicable)
