All products sold on LisenseKeys.com are digital software licenses delivered electronically via email. No physical products are shipped.
Eligibility for Returns & Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
- Invalid or Non-Working License Key: If the license key you receive is not working and we are unable to replace it within a reasonable time (generally within 24 business hours). The issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same product.
- Product Not Delivered: If the license key was not delivered within 24 hours and our support team confirms a delivery failure.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You no longer need the product or changed your mind after purchase.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, system requirements, activation requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.
- If an incorrect email address was provided during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the product after verifying the order.
- You violated the license terms or attempted unauthorized use of the key.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
If you receive a non-working or invalid license key, we will first attempt to verify and replace the key within 24 business hours of your complaint. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer an exchange or, if necessary, a refund.
Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the issue and product availability. They are typically granted only in exceptional circumstances, such as when a replacement cannot be provided.
Eligibility for Replacement & Exchange:
- The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be defective, invalid, or duplicate, and replacement cannot be provided.
- We do not accept replacements or exchanges for products incompatible with your system or if you have changed your mind after purchase.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 3–7 business days. All refund or replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.
